Like Your Daddy Always Use to Say...
"WALK IT OFF
JUST WALK IT OFF"
Bring an old pair of walking shoes to your office. After a long meeting or phone call, especially the more difficult ones-WALK IT OFF, PRAY IT OFF!
Instead of going right back to work, take a 5-10 minutes to take a slow, steady walk once around the building. Take the time to decompress, refocus, while you take a couple quick minutes to pray. It will keep you from getting overwhelmed and will keep your spiritually and physically healthy.
* It may just keep off that "youth pastor pizza gut"!
